Terms & Conditions
Bookings
For advance booking one nights bed and breakfast is usually required. Late bookings for single nights will be accepted if I have available room but with an increase tariff of £5.00 per person. Telephone me for availability better still, book for minimum of two nights to ensure your room.
Reservations
A non refunded deposit by debit card or credit card for first nights tariff is required to reserve each room.
Cancellations
If you cancel within 14 days of the first night's reservation the balance of the booking is payable. If I was able to re-let the room you would be refunded with deduction of an admin of £25.00 plus additional costs incurred in letting the room.
Settlement
Settlement by cash or debit card is preferred most credit cards accepted excluding American Express. I DO NOT accept payments by cheque.
Arrival and departure times
Arrival
Please arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm unless agreed to and confirmed alternative arrangements. If unforeseen circumstances on the day will affect your confirmed arrival schedule please call as soon as possible.
Departure
Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure.
Other
Dietary Requirements
If any guests have special dietary requirements I can cater for these if advised at time of booking.
Non Smoking
Lucker Mill House and Shepherds Hut is a NON SMOKING property throughout. For any guests abusing the situation a £100 surcharge fee will be added to cover costs for any additional cleaning.
